The location of the Villa's is on the West Coast of the Island of Paros just yards from the shore, 7 kilometers southwestern to the town of Paros.

From both properties there are views of the private island that sits opposite in the 1km channel between the Islands of Paros and Antiparos, also the islands Sifnos, Serifos, Syros, Tinos, Ios etc.

The properites are about 1.5 km north of the fabulous beaches of Punta. The sea front taverns offer fresh fish and sea food, along with the delicacies of the local kitchen.

Punta is a well organized beach suitable for swimming and sunbathing and for various sea sports as windsurfing and underwater activities. The beach bars offer cool drinks, refreshments and music to their guests.
